Our maid service specializes in New Home Construction Clean-up for either Residential New Construction or Commercial New Construction. We built a reputation for exceeding our clients new construction clean-up expectations by meeting deadlines and paying the utmost attention to every detail. Residential New Construction Clean-Up includes:

• All carpeted areas vacuumed
• Wash showers and tubs, sinks, tile, floors, appliances, interior windows (up to 5 after that see additional fees), inside and outside of cabinets
• Wipe down all the woodwork and trim including all the doors
• Remove any stickers
• Check and vacuum out heat registers
• Wash all surfaces

Builders: We can maintain your models and spec homes, fees based on finished sq. ft.

Commercial New Construction Clean-Up includes:

• High dust removal from ceiling pipes, duct work, vents, light fixtures, etc.
• Stain removal, scrubbing, dusting and vacuuming of all surfaces including trim work and office furniture.
• Clean inside desks and file cabinets
• Sanitize kitchens and bathrooms
• Scrub floors and tiles, polish stainless steel, wipe down walls
• Floor cleaning, waxing and buffing
• Cleaning windowsills and window frames
• Window and glass cleaning including scraping and etching removal

PRICES: Residential New Construction Clean-Up: Finished square footage = $.20 Additional Fees: Sweep basement: $30.00 Sweep garage (2 Car): $30.00 (3 Car): $35.00 Unfinished level window washing: $5.00 per window unit Commercial New Construction Clean-Up: Finished square footage = $.26 Additional Fees: Call for an individualized quote on our extra service offerings such as exterior windows. We also can give a quote on painting and staining of new homes, usually contracted with A Cut Above Paint.
