of service
Your
satisfaction is our main concern. We want to make
sure that you are no less than 100% satisfied every
time we clean your home. If you are not happy with
our cleaning performance, please call us within 24
hours and we will come back to fix the oversight.
No Refunds!
Cancellation
policy
Should
you need to cancel your cleaning appointment, please
contact us as soon as possible so we can re-schedule
your clean. If you cancel and our schedule is
full and we can not get to you until your next
scheduled appointment, there is a skip charge of
$25.00 assessed to your account.
Lock
Out Fee
If you
are on the schedule and we arrive to do your
cleaning and we are not able to get in we will
charge a $40.00 lock out fee. This also
includes if you change your garage code, batteries
are dead on key pad. There is no exemption to
this fee.
Payment policy
Payment is due at the time of service.
NO EXCEPTIONS! It is our policy that if we
arrive to do your clean and payment is not left for
us we do not clean. All move in/move out and
one time cleans must be paid in cash. Foreclosures, new construction,
property clean outs,
and painting require 1/2 down + supply cost prior to
the start of service. Balance is due at
completion. A $30.00 fee is applied to all
returned checks.
Refunds
policy
Since
cleaning is a very personalized and subjective
service, we cannot offer refunds to customers.
However, we want you to be 100% satisfied with our
services, refer to guarantee of service. There
are
No Refunds...No Exceptions!
Termination of
service
If for
some reason you wish to terminate your cleaning
services with us permanently, and would like us to
remove all of your personal information from our
system, email or
call us.
Privacy and Security policy
We
guarantee full discretion and security. We agree not
to duplicate our customer’s keys; upon cancellation,
we will return all keys. We do not share or sell our
customers' information with third parties. We only
use the information you provide to contact you about
our services.
